These Terms and Conditions (“T&C’s”) and any policies referred to in these T&C’s apply to all orders placed by you on our website.  Please note these T&C’s do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

By browsing and using this website, you accept, and be bound by our T&C’s. These T&C’s may be updated by us from time to time. Any changes will take effect when posted, and it is your responsibility to read the T&C’s on each occasion that you use this website.  You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the T&C’s.

You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from the Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished without our permission.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these T&C’s.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of this website.

We have no control over the Linked Sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Terms of Sale

By agreeing to these T&Cs, orders placed by minors (under 18 years of age) must be placed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.  Information given by a minor must be given with consent from a parent or legal guardian.  Cardholders must be available at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  We may, at our sole discretion, cancel or limit orders or quantities purchased per individual, per household, or per order.  These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit/debit card, and orders that use the same billing/shipping address.  If we make changes or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address/billing address/contact telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Orders cannot be placed from outside of the UK.  We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed outside of the or for delivery outside of the UK without notice.

Your Right to Cancel

Once you have placed an order on our website, it can be very difficult to amend or cancel the order.  If you need to cancel your order for any reason, then please contact us as soon as possible.  Where we can cancel your order, you will be credited in full within 72 hours.  However, if your order cannot be cancelled, you will need to follow our Returns process.


All product prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.  Every effort is made to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is accurate.  Whilst every effort is taken to ensure our pricing and product availability are accurate, where errors may occur, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or make attempts to contact you regarding your order.  

Pricing of products may be changed at any time without notice.

Delivery Charges will be calculated during the checkout process.

Payments for all orders must be made by credit/debit card during the checkout process.  Payments made by cards held outside of the UK may incur currency conversion charges from the card issuer.  The following credit/debit cards are accepted;


Delivery, Title & Risk

During the checkout process, the delivery service including the charges and estimated timescales will be offered to you. Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by yourself during the checkout process.  We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect/incomplete.  Please note additional charges may be applied to resend an order if the delivery address is incorrect/incomplete.  Please note deliveries can only be made to addresses within the UK only. 

Orders will only be dispatched once payment is received in full for the products and any delivery charges.

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scale.  However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.  We accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time scale.

We shall only be liable for any damage to the product that occurs between the time your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the time at which we deliver your order to you.  You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.  In order to process a refund for damaged goods, we require a full description of the damage and photographic evidence. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, please follow our Returns process. 


All products purchased on our website come with a limited 6-month (from purchase) warranty as covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.  The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship.  The warranty does not cover any problem or damage to a product caused by or originates from;

  • Wear-and-Tear*
  • Drops and Falls
  • Liquid Damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Products not sold by us
  • Products not manufactured by us
  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Theft or loss

*Please note, that natural yellowing of clear cases can occur over time.  This is classified as -wear-and-tear, and not a material defect. 

The warranty applies to all products purchased directly from our website.  If you did not purchase your product on our website, you should contact the seller directly.


Only products purchased directly from our website, can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.  If you did not purchase the item on our website, you should contact the seller directly for returns.  Delivery charges will not be refunded.

To return products to us please contact us with your order number and details for the reason for the return. Please note we will not accept unauthorized returns. 

Unless products are damaged on arrival, all returns must not have been used and must be in their original packaging, including all its contents, in their original condition.  We cannot accept the return of any product that has been personalized, customized, or modified in any way.

Upon receipt of your return, our team will get in touch with you to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note we do not cover any return delivery costs.  The original delivery and handling fees are also non-refundable.

Returns can only be processed once the product has been returned to us.  We are not liable for lost or stolen products during the return transit. We also cannot be held responsible for any products or packaging or contents which have been damaged in transit.
